If you do require a refund you have 5 working days to file a request, you will be refunded the full purchase price minus the prorated fee for time the ad has been live. Changes to your images or textual content are no problem, simply notify us, and submit your new banner and we will replace it within 24 hours of approval. Each position has 3 slots available so your ad will be in rotation with two others this means, every two page views your advertisement will appear.
